"Very Good"
Cleanliness, bed was comfortable, location is perfect, one has a sense of security. Decor was warm and inviting, like a pleasant vintage feeling. Hotel was quiet and calm.

A full refund being the faculty on video refused to allow our family member to escort us to our room. For private matters and for restroom purposes. They yelled at us and our guests , on video they verify they don't have online policies that match their in house policies, they misgendered us and were discriminatory and we have video evidence. Shame on bookinh.c9m to suggest such a civil rights violation Hotel spot. They refused us services and we are Going to request a full refund being they violated our civil protected rights.

Location is good. They are honest about the amenities and it could have been much worse in SF to be honest. The property takes care of security as well, given the location, I felt safe inside. For this price range its rather good fro SF.

It’s location and it’s accessibility, the cost of it, the size of the room met our needs, staff was great, staff was flexible to our needs when it came to our arrival times with our flights constantly changing. Would come back again definitely

Location was perfect for exploring but overpriced for what it was though it was in line with similar hotels at the cheaper end of the scale for San Francisco. No breakfast but Honey Honey diner onbthe next corner was great. Plenty of other affordable dining options in the area.

This is a great budget option in a great location near Union Square, easy to get to by Bart+walk from SFO. The room was large, I got a corner one which was great. The hotel has a lot of old charm and decor which I liked. The staff was really friendly.

We were grateful because the receptionists informed us about a free shuttle bus to the Golden Gate Bridge, which was very comfortable. They were happy to help us in case we had questions.

Location here is great. Safe area - good restaurants nearby. Very short walk to the cable car line. The front desk staffer was extremely friendly. But the best part about it was the price. Huge bargain in an expensive city.

The location (near china town). We could walk around SF, also to Pier 39. The shower and the ammenities are nice. Room and bathroom are clean. There is machine for free ice blocks although you wouldn’t need it (its cold in SF). Wifi is strong.
